FrançaisThese Terms of Use constitute a legal agreement between you, personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Squaredocs trading as Squaredocs ("we", "us" or "our") regarding your access to and use of the https://squaredocs.com website. and any other form of media, media channel, mobile website or web application linked, connected or otherwise connected to it (collectively, the "Site").
You acknowledge that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use (including our Privacy Policy). If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Use, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site.
Any terms and conditions or additional documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these terms of use to ensure that you are aware of any updates.
We will notify you of any changes by updating the "last updated" date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of any such changes.
You will be subject to changes in the revised Terms of Use, and will be deemed to have been notified of and accepted such changes, by continuing to use the Site after the date of posting of these revised Terms of Use.
The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirements within such jurisdiction or country.
Accordingly, persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. The Site is intended for Users who are at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register on the Site.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our exclusive property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, web site designs, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the " Trademarks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions and international conventions.
The Content and Trademarks are provided on the Site on an "as is" basis for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Trademarks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, downloaded, displayed, publicly posted, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.
Subject to your use of the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print one copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in the Site, the Content and the Trademarks.
User Representations
All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete;
You must maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if necessary;
You have the legal capacity and agree to abide by these Terms of Use;
You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and your use of the Site will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
Fees and Payments
You may have to purchase or pay fees to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information about your purchases and accounts for all purchases made through the Site.
You also agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address, payment method and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made on the Site. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price if we deem it necessary. We may change prices at any time. Payments are made in USD or euros only.
You agree to pay any fees or charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to bill such amounts to the payment provider selected at the time of your purchase.
If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you agree that we may charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until you notify us of your cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.
Renewal
Unless you let us know before the end of the applicable subscription period that you wish to terminate your subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed and you authorize us to collect the then applicable annual or monthly subscription fee (together with any applicable taxes) using any credit card or other payment method we have on file for you.
Cancellation
All monthly purchases are non-refundable. If you subscribe to one of our annual plans, you are entitled to a refund within 24 hours of receiving your payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time (by emailing us at: contact@squaredocs.com) or cancel your subscription by yourself (by going to your team settings, opening the Subscription tab and pressing Cancel Subscription - 'X' button - on active subscription).
Your cancellation will take effect immediatly or at the end of the current payment period depending on your choice. If you are not satisfied with our services, please email us at: contact@squaredocs.com
Prohibited activities
As a User of the Site, you agree not to:
➔ Make unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting user names and/or e-mail addresses of Users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited e-mail, or creating User accounts by automated means or under false pretenses.
➔ You may not access the Site or use it for purposes other than those for which we make it available. The Site may not be used in connection with commercial activities, except as specifically approved by us.
➔ Bypass, disable or otherwise interfere with the security features of the site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the site and/or the content contained therein.
➔ Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
➔ Defraud, or mislead us and other Users, particularly in any attempt to learn sensitive account information, such as user passwords;
➔ Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
➔ Engage in any automated use of the system, such as the use of scripts to send comments or messages, or the use of any data mining, robots or similar data collection and extraction tools.
➔ Attempting to impersonate another User or another person or using another User's username.
➔ Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without our written permission.
➔ Use any information obtained from the Site for the purpose of harassing, abusing or harming another person.
➔ Use the Site in any attempt to compete with us or use the Site and/or its contents for any revenue-generating activity or commercial enterprise.
➔ Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any software that is in any way comprising or constitutes part of the Site.
➔ Attempt to circumvent any Site measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site or any part of the Site.
➔ Harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any of our employees or agents who are responsible for providing you with any part of the Site.
➔ Remove the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any content.
➔ Copy or adapt the Site software, including but not limited to: flash, php, html, javascript or other code.
➔ Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) viruses, Trojan horses or any other material, including excessive use of capitalization and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party's uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or that alters, disrupts, interferes with or affects the use, features, functions, operation or maintenance of the Site.
➔ Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information-gathering or transmitting mechanism, including, without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats ("gifs"), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or similar devices (sometimes referred to as "spyware" or "passive collection mechanisms" or "pcms").
➔ Except as a result of using a standard search engine or web browser, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including, without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or use or launch any script or other unauthorized software.
➔ Disperse, tarnish or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
➔ Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable law or regulation.
